Requirements & Duties:
- Provide our customers with a world-class experience throughout each install appointment.
- Leave a positive and lasting impression with our customers by demonstrating how to use and maintain the product before leaving the job site.
- Use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles pertaining to the installation of our products.
- Must have reliable transportation and clean DMV (able to drive a company vehicle)

All positions require the following;
- High School degree or equivalent; a degree from a technical or vocational school is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of window treatment installation (blinds, shades, shutters, or drapery) OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in carpentry, custom installation, or a transferable skilled trade.
- A minimum of 3 years of significant experience with the use of common hand, and power tools including but not limited to a power drill, impact driver, and level.
- Experience with multiple types of fasteners, anchors, and drill bits is a plus.
- Proven ability and experience to accurately measure within 1/8" with manual and laser measures.
- Significant customer service and in-home service experience.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and possess a great work ethic and the highest level of integrity.
- A strong understanding of basic to advanced technology with computers, mobile devices, and tablets.
- Active drivers license and insurable
- Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds and climb up and down ladders up to 26' in height.
- Must not be afraid of heights or working from ladders
Job Description:
Install window film and/or graphics as assigned per work orders. Read work orders and plan daily travel schedule. Gather materials and supplies to complete the job. Keep personal equipment in working order (ie, tool belt, pumps, sprayers, ladders, and phone). Completes logs, reports, and customer paperwork with accuracy. Maintain customer rapport. Plan and strategize the execution of the installation. Must be able to take and follow directions. Be able to follow safety protocol. Willing to participate in training. Computer literate.
- Full time (M-F, occasional evening/weekend)
- Lots of overtime pay available
- Experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person.
- A background check will be performed.
Compensation:
- $26 - $36 depending on experience
- Medical and Dental offered after 60 days.
