Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create high-quality designs on a variety of garments and textiles. Your expertise will ensure that each product meets our quality standards, and your attention to detail will contribute to the overall excellence of our finished goods. Duties
- Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring optimal performance and quality output
- Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed for accuracy and efficiency
- Handle materials carefully, including fabric and thread, to prevent damage or defects during embroidery
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area, adhering to all safety protocols in production environments
- Inspect finished products for quality standards, including stitch consistency, color accuracy, and overall appearance
- Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Assist with manual fabric cutting and garment sewing tasks when required to support production flow

- Strong understanding of quality standards in production, with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in operating embroidery equipment with precision.
- Ability to handle materials safely and efficiently within a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with dimensional measurements to ensure accurate product specifications.
