- Diagnose and repair a variety of tech devices including phones, laptops, and computers
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Conduct repairs efficiently and accurately, adhering to company standards and guidelines
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their repairs
- Offer additional products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper handling of tools and equipment
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any discrepancies
Skills:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing phones, laptops, and computers
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software components
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
