Are you a self-motivated Journeyman Plumber looking for a dynamic opportunity to showcase your skills? We are seeking an experienced and skilled plumber to handle a variety of plumbing tasks across both commercial and residential sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong practical background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and drawings to plan the layout of plumbing, water supply, and waste disposal systems.
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and tubes, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure (e.g., electrical wiring).
- Install and maintain efficient water supply systems.
- Identify and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g., leaks).
- Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, and other plumbing components.
- Install and maintain waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV (drainage, waste, and vent) systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber.
- Strong understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
- Proficiency in handling plumbing tools and equipment (e.g., pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, friendly attitude and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Good physical condition with the ability to work in confined or awkward spaces.
