Amada Senior Care Buckhead is seeking compassionate and dependable Non-Medical Caregivers to support seniors with daily activities and help them maintain independence in the comfort of their homes. Our caregivers provide essential assistance, companionship, and safety support for aging adults in the Buckhead community.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
- Bathing, dressing, grooming
- Toileting & incontinence care
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Provide companionship, engagement, and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
- Offer safety monitoring and report changes in condition
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands (if applicable)
- Use assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Document care activities accurately using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems or paper logs
- Follow care plans tailored to each individual’s needs
- Communicate effectively with team members, family members, and healthcare professionals to coordinate ongoing care
Requirements
- A caring and compassionate personality
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Ability to assist with transfers and mobility
- Ability to pass a background check (Required)
- GCHEXS background check completed within the last 6 months – Strongly Preferred
- CNA certification preferred but not required
- Certification or training in first aid and CPR is advantageous
- Prior experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care is highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
