Job Description:
Hunter Rentals & Sales has been an area leader in professional residential property management for over 40 years. We are seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking individual who takes pride in providing quality repairs and service.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders and perform make-ready repairs on residential properties
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Deliver professional, high-quality work that reflects the standards of our company
Qualifications:
- HVAC certification required with experience in heating/cooling repairs
- Strong knowledge of general residential maintenance and repairs
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must provide light hand tools (company vehicle and major tools provided)
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends required
