We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated individual to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to develop managerial skills while working in a supportive, professional, and energetic environment.
As a Manager Trainee, you’ll take on a dual role — leading day-to-day operations while also getting hands-on experience in client service and testing procedures. We provide full certification and in-house training, so you can succeed and grow into a confident leader.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional client experiences
- Provide top-notch customer service both in-person and over the phone
- Learn and perform certified drug, DNA, and alcohol testing procedures
- Maintain accurate records, follow chain-of-custody protocols, and manage test result reporting
- Oversee inventory of testing supplies
- Support business growth by following up on inquiries and presenting services to potential clients
- Assist in team coordination, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives

- Afterhours (nights and weekend) work available $130 for each job
