Architectural Walls Sales & Project Manager
Are you a relationship-driven salesperson who also knows how to lead complex architectural wall projects? We are looking for someone who can develop new business and stay accountable from the first client conversation through installation and closeout.
The Opportunity
Office Interiors is seeking an Architectural Walls Sales & Project Manager to continue to grow our wall-system business and deliver successful projects. This position combines consultative sales, technical project planning, field coordination, and client service. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, general contractors, manufacturers, installers, and our internal teams to move opportunities from concept to completion.
What You’ll Do
· Develop new business opportunities related to architectural walls, build industry relationships, and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast.
· Meet with clients and general contractors to understand their needs, budget, timeline, design preferences, and project requirements. Create budgets, value engineering, proposals, and sales follow-up.
· Review plans and specifications, site measurements, site visits for conditions that can impact pricing, create pricing, labor quotes, understand logistics, and download scope to the team before order placement.
· Manage awarded projects through scheduling, delivery, installation, punch completion, invoicing, and closeout.
· Conduct site visits during installation and manage changes, risks, shortages, claims, documentation, and issue resolution while protecting schedule, budget, quality, and profitability.
What We’re Looking For
· 2-3 years of relevant experience in architectural walls, architectural products, commercial interiors, construction, project management, design, or consultative sales.
· Experience selling or managing demountable wall systems, glass fronts, or related construction solutions is strongly preferred.
· Ability to read plans, specifications, shop drawings, and bills of material; accurately field measure; and document site conditions.
· Sales, presentation, relationship-building, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn other software related to the position, learn manufacturer products; be collaborative, accountable, and able to work independently in the field.
Schedule & Travel
Regular local travel is required. Occasional out-of-market travel and work outside standard business hours may be needed based on project schedules. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
