Big Sky Roofing is hiring a Job Site Supervisor to help manage daily activity on roofing and exterior job sites.
This role will be responsible for overseeing crews, keeping the job site clean and organized, preparing the site for inspections, communicating with clients, climbing roofs to inspect progress and job conditions, and driving company trucks and trailers to and from job sites.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable around construction sites, able to climb roofs, able to work at heights, and able to safely drive and back a trailer.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee crews on active job sites
- Climb roofs to inspect work, check progress, and review job conditions
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
- Drive trucks and trailers to and from job sites
- Load, unload, back, park, and secure trailers safely
- Communicate with clients/homeowners during the project
- Coordinate production management team
- Report job progress, issues, delays, and material needs
- Document job progress with photos and notes throughout the entirety of the day
- Represent Big Sky Roofing professionally in the field
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely drive, back, and park a trailer
- Ability and willingness to climb roofs
- Comfortable working at heights
- Construction or roofing experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
