Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short distances while operating a tractor trailer. Driver will work Monday through Friday with a start time of 11:00 am. Driver will average 45-50 hours a week. Drop and hook.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tractor trailer with a 53' trailers and doubles
- Transport goods and materials from one location to another
- Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate driving logs and records
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Previous experience in truck driving
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: From $28.50 per hour
