The position will independently manage assigned personal injury cases while working closely with attorneys to develop cases from intake through the pre-litigation process. The position involves:

Extensive contact with clients to guide clients through the case process

Communication with medical and records providers, experts and party witnesses

Collect, review, analyze and summarize medical, financial, and other case-related documentation and records

Well-developed writing and research skills, and the ability to advocate on behalf of our client

Ability to anticipate attorney’s needs, identify potential problems and identify and recommend solutions

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a high-volume workload

Experience in managing electronic (Filevine or other legal case management system) and paper filing systems

3+ years of progressive pre-litigation experience (plaintiff personal injury)

Associate’s degree or paralegal certificate is preferred but not required
