Operating in Lewiston, ME since the 1930’s, Enterprise Casting Corporation is a world-class foundry supplying high-quality gray and ductile iron castings across North America and Europe. Always seeking to expand and improve our company, we are looking to hire a Maintenance Manager to join our small, ever-growing manufacturing business
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading and building an experienced maintenance team
- Leading and improving our preventive maintenance program
- Directing all outside contractors (Electricians/etc.)
- Leading all maintenance action list & deliverables
- Leading facility environmental initiatives
- Organizing maintenance and shutdown activities
- Procuring, inventorying and cataloguing all maintenance supplies and critical spares
- Leading all plant upkeep (outside cleaning contractors, trash, dumpster, preparing incoming iron/steel, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 10 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Maintenance project experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Office suite (Office, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to interact with all levels of the organization
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits
- Basic understanding of pneumatic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Ability to prioritize multiple actions at one time
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Can work both independently and within a team setting
- Can supervise and manage a small team of people on a daily set of tasks
- Can track and fill out basic paperwork in regards to maintenance tasks
- Is able to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Can work in different environments within our foundry (small enclosed spaces, heights, etc.)
- Can maintain a positive outlook while helping drive change
Pay: $65,000-72,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday 4am-12:30pm
