We're looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and keeps the office running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient financial discussions
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
- Process payments and maintain patient accounts
- Use Eaglesoft practice management software confidently
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Perform general administrative and front office duties to keep the practice running efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience
- Experience using Eaglesoft is required
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and scheduling
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Periodontal or specialty practice experience is a plus
