We are seeking a Marine Documentation Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining critical documentation related to marine projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your work will support our commitment to delivering high-quality services in the maritime sector by ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage marine project documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive records management systems to ensure documents are properly filed, stored, and easily retrievable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and legal compliance in all project documentation.
- Perform proofreading and technical writing to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documents.
- Support data entry and data management activities related to marine projects.
- Assist in the implementation of quality management procedures aligned with industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical regulatory compliance where applicable in documentation processes.
- Conduct regular audits of records management practices to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between departments regarding document updates and revisions.
