Job Description:
We are seeking a Dual Psych/Family Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join our dynamic inpatient team in Huber Heights, OH. This 7 on / 7 off schedule offers an exceptional work-life balance, allowing providers to enjoy up to 182 days off per year while delivering essential mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct patient care, including medication management and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective and coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
Requirements:
- Board-certified PMHNP/FNP OR PA-C with active and unrestricted licensure
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care
