Serve as principal technical advisor and relationship owner for Calsoft’s strategic accounts in the USA region. Manage and deliver projects for top tier clients. Manage projects end to end, right from requirement gathering to customer acceptance. Provide expertise in the design, implementation, and support of technology solutions. Collaborate with client executive stakeholders, product managers, and technical architects to identify key pain points, future roadmap and feedback. Analyze and interpret complex technical issues unique to each client’s environment, leveraging advanced domain expertise to develop and recommend tailored, effective solutions. Coordinate with internal Engineering, Technology and Business Development teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with client requirements. Manage onsite and offshore team members, measure their productivity, Identify potential risks and plan for mitigation. Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets, leveraging advanced analytics, industry trends, and client business objectives. Resolve engineering team’s technical & execution related issues. Make pro-active technical presentations and demonstrating how a service meets client needs and enhance their product value. Will use the following tools, technologies or skills: C/C++, Python programming, Linux and Real Time Operating Systems, Storage, Networking and Virtualization domains, team leadership, technical guidance and project management experience.

Travel: Approximately 25-30% of travel nationwide to client sites is required.
Salary: $198,000 per year; Full-time.
