The Role
We are hiring a NC licensed Physical Therapist to build and lead their own caseload within our our downtown durham based clinic.
The position does not need to begin full-time. We are intentionally hiring ahead of growth. You may begin part-time and scale your availability as caseload builds.
You will:
- Evaluate and treat athletes using your own clinical judgment
- Determine visit frequency based on medical necessity, not billing cycles
- Collaborate with our expert staff when appropriate
- Document appropriately and efficiently
- Develop long-term patient relationships
- Grow your presence and reputation in the local community
You will not:
- Be micromanaged
- Be required to follow scripted protocols
- Be pushed to maximize billing units

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina
- Passion for working with manual therapy, spine clients
- Strong manual and movement assessment skills
- Self-starter with ownership mentality
