Brand Growth Manager
Part-Time (30 hrs/week) | 1099 contractor | $25–30/hr + Uncapped Commission | Remote
We're not looking for someone to post on social media and report on impressions.
We're looking for someone who can build audiences, generate conversations, and create revenue.
ModFX Media is a healthcare marketing agency that has helped medical, wellness, and local service businesses grow since 2017. Today, we're entering a new stage of growth with AI-powered marketing, websites, SEO, content, and automation and we need someone to lead our organic growth efforts.
You'll work directly with our founder to build three brands with significant growth potential:
- Justin Healthcare AI – A rapidly growing personal brand focused on AI and healthcare marketing.
- ModFX Media – Our established marketing agency serving healthcare practices nationwide.
- Manhair – A new consumer brand launching from the ground up.
You'll also support a small number of client marketing initiatives, but your primary focus will be growing our own brands.
What You'll Own
This is a hands-on growth marketing role. You'll be responsible for creating and executing strategies that generate qualified conversations and booked appointments.
Your responsibilities include:
- Own and activate our database of over 60,000 healthcare providers through email marketing, segmentation, reactivation campaigns, and outbound nurturing.
- Build and grow our email newsletter, nurture sequences, and automated campaigns.
- Secure podcast appearances for our founder (goal: 2–3 per month).
- Repurpose long-form content into LinkedIn posts, videos, reels, newsletters, and other marketing assets.
- Grow our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Support a small number of client marketing campaigns using the same proven strategies.
How Success Is Measured
We care about business results, not vanity metrics.
You'll be measured on:
- Qualified booked appointments
- Sales conversations generated
- Closed clients
- Email performance
- Database growth and engagement
- Podcast bookings
- Revenue influenced through your marketing efforts
Likes, impressions, and follower counts are nice but they aren't how we define success.
Compensation
Base Pay
- $25–30/hour
- Approximately 30 hours per week
Performance Bonuses (Uncapped)
- $150 for every qualified appointment that attends
- $500 for every new retainer client that closes
- 5% recurring commission for six months on business you help generate
Successful team members typically earn $5,000–$7,000+ per month through a combination of hourly pay and performance incentives.
What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days
By the end of your first three months, you'll have:
- Activated our healthcare database with consistent outbound campaigns.
- Built a repeatable email marketing system.
- Booked multiple podcast appearances for our founder.
- Established a consistent content engine across multiple platforms.
- Generated a steady pipeline of qualified sales conversations.
- Helped close new recurring clients.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Successfully grown a business, brand, or personal brand online.
- Written marketing emails that generated real business results.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content across multiple platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

You'll also collaborate with our in-house specialists in SEO, automation, AI video production, CRM, and content development.
