Job Summary:
We’re hiring solar Appointment Setters for door-to-door canvassing in California and Hawaii. This is a commission-only role — no hourly pay — but commissions are uncapped, and our top performers earn between $10,000 and $20,000 per month. This role requires travel between territories and a lot of walking, knocking, and talking to homeowners face-to-face. It’s hard work, and it’s not for everyone — but for motivated, resilient self-starters who can handle rejection and stay consistent, the earning potential is real and uncapped. Responsibilities:
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods/territories in California and Hawaii to engage homeowners in person
- Travel between territories as needed
- Educate homeowners on solar savings and answer initial questions
- Set qualified appointments for licensed solar consultants
- Track daily activity (doors knocked, appointments set) using our CRM/app
- Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting quotas
- Represent the company professionally and build trust in the community
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach and rejection
- Willing and able to travel between CA and HI territories
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior sales, canvassing, or customer service experience a plus (not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Schedule: Full-time, afternoons/evenings and weekends (peak homeowner availability)
Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year
