We are looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to represent project Owner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in P6 scheduling software and construction knowledge. This role requires close collaboration with project team and General Contractor.

Duties:
· Develop Schematic Schedule and Ad-Hoc scenarios
· Review Contractor's schedule for contract compliance
· Develop review comments on Contractor's Baseline and Monthly updates
· Review and Develop comments to Contractor's Time Impact Analysis
· Develop internal monthly reports on Schedule Performance Indicators
· Present Schedule related information to team leaders
· Summarize Contractor's schedule information to Executive team
Requirements:
· Proficiency in use of Primavera P6, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
· Proficiency in developing graphical data related to scheduling.
· 10yrs plus experience in construction projects ranging from $50 to $150 million dollar projects
· Self-starter, work in team environment
· Bachelors in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
· Effective verbal and written communications
