What You’ll Be Doing:
Spread the Sweetness: Greet every customer with a cheerful “Welcome to Crumbl!”, take orders, answer questions, and offer recommendations
Bake Like a Pro: Follow Crumbl’s precise recipes to prep dough, bake cookies, and dress them to perfection
Stay Fresh: Keep the cookie counter stocked and looking beautiful
Get Creative: Decorate and package cookies with care and brand flair
Keep It Clean: Sanitize equipment, wipe down workspaces, and reset for the next shift
Stay Connected: Use tools like Slack to follow shift instructions, updates, and store goals
Deliver Quality: Perform regular checks to ensure every cookie meets our gold standard
Jump In: Pitch in on any other tasks to keep the store running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For:
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Passion for baking (or eagerness to learn!)
Great attention to detail and time management
Ability to follow recipes, multitask, and stay organized
Reliable and flexible availability, including weekends
Food handler’s permit (or willing to get one if required locally)
18+ to operate mixers and handle dough (required for mixing duties)
