Pay $20 - $25/hr depending on experience
Location: Pearl City, HI
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 0700-1600

Summary / Primary Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring freight is accurately received, organized, and prepared for delivery. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, teamwork, and safety.
In This Role, You Will:
- Identify, sort, and organize freight on pallets according to manifests and customer orders.
- Review freight for accuracy and verify shipment counts.
- Locate and document missing or damaged freight, including taking photos as necessary.
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently.
- Complete manifest paperwork accurately for each piece or pallet of freight.
- Conduct daily inventory of trailers in the yard.
- Assist with pre-loading of bobtail trucks.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Perform general maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of six (6) months of related warehouse experience.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Forklift certification (if operating a forklift).
- Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Desired:
- Hazardous Materials (HazMat) certification.
- Previous experience in a logistics or freight handling environment.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and accountability skills.
