The Penske Vehicle Delivery Center (VDC) is responsible for the tracking, preparation, registration, exchange, and disposal of Toyota employee lease vehicles and pool / loaner fleet vehicles. A variety of computer applications and software are utilized to ensure compliance with State and Department of Motor Vehicles regulations, as well as Toyota employee policies.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure the Front Desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all necessary forms and paperwork
- Answer team member questions while displaying a general understanding of the employee lease benefit program
- Forward guests to others on the team as needed to address specific questions or situations
- Check in guests for complimentary car washes and notify guests when their vehicles are completed
- Complete a “Return Survey” for off-lease returned vehicles to document mileage and any damage or excessive wear and tear
- Collect, label and properly store keys for vehicles on the VDC lot
- Monitor and assist with scheduling pool vehicle reservations whether online, in-person, by email or phone
- Check out pool vehicles when reserved and verify / inspect pool vehicle returns
- Communicate with Porter team to stage and organize lease and pool vehicles in correct parking locations
- Assist lease deliveries team as needed

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication
- Must be a high energy individual with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and execution of required tasks
- High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
