We are looking for reliable Residential Route Drivers to join our team! This position involves driving a 16' box truck (no CDL required) and collecting clothing donations from 100–125 residential homes per day.
Requirements:
- Clean MVR (no moving violations in the past 3 years – required)
- Must bring a copy of your MVR for on-the-spot hiring
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good customer service
Job Details:
- Schedule: Part-time, Tuesday-Thursday and occasional Saturdays
- Pay: $80/day base + daily performance bonuses (average drivers earn $130+ per day)
- Monthly Bonus: $300-$500 based on performance and attendance
