Production Line Manager (Location: Fremont, CA Pay: $30.00 per hour)
We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and experienced Production Line Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
· Oversee and manage daily production line operations, train and supervise production employees.
· Coordinate production schedules and ensure production targets are met.
· Work closely with the warehouse, shipping, purchasing, quality, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
· Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
· Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
· Perform or coordinate basic equipment maintenance and minor repairs when needed.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Complete other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
· College degree required. 3–5 years of production or manufacturing management experience.
· Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese preferred).
· Basic knowledge of electrical, machinery maintenance, and troubleshooting.
· Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Adaptable, able to work under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
· Hardworking, dependable, and willing to take on responsibilities.
· Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
· Fair, objective, and professional in managing employees.
· Willing to follow reasonable work assignments and company policies.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $30.00 per hour. 90-day probationary period. Salary review after successful completion of the probationary period based on job performance and overall contribution. Annual performance bonus for outstanding employees.
