Role Summary
Located in Richmond, VA (23231), we are looking for a talented and committed Machine Operator to become a key member of our production staff. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our manufacturing workflows by keeping equipment running at peak performance. Core Duties-
Configure and run diverse industrial equipment in alignment with project requirements.

Oversee equipment performance to help maintain high standards of output and productivity.

Conduct standard upkeep and resolve technical malfunctions as they arise.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety guidelines.

Record manufacturing metrics and communicate any operational concerns to management.

Work alongside colleagues to ensure collective production targets and schedules are achieved.
Required Skills and Experience-
Completion of secondary education or GED; additional technical training is advantageous.

Demonstrated background in machine operation or a comparable industrial position.

Solid mechanical understanding and the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.

Capacity to analyze and follow technical schematics and diagrams.

Help ensure consistent product excellence through a high level of precision and focus.

Capability to function effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative group setting.
