We are looking to add an experienced Service and Sales HVAC technician to our team.
Work hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, Overtime as needed.
Requirements: Dependable person with a great positive attitude and a desire to succeed and work with a team.
- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems with expertise
- Perform service and repair calls with technical knowledge
- Superior Sales Skills
- Build strong client relationships through outstanding service and excellent communication.
- Educate clients on the care and maintenance of their systems.
- Complete daily tasks safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2-7 Years of HVAC Service Technician Experience
- 2-5 Years of HVAC Sales Experience
- Ability and desire to continually learn
- Be able to perform maintenance checkups.
- Work well with other technicians to accomplish tasks
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- Offer service agreements to customers.
- Demonstrate customer service skills and have ability to communicate ideas clearly and explain problems to customers and coworkers.
