Manufacturing Recruiter (Contract)
Express Employment Professionals is hiring on behalf of a local manufacturing company for an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter to support hiring efforts in Temple, TX and Spring City, PA.
This is a 120-day (estimated) contract opportunity focused on recruiting skilled and semi-skilled manufacturing employees, including machinists, CNC operators, maintenance technicians, welders, assemblers, and other critical production roles.
Pay & Schedule
- $42.00/hour
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Performance incentives for critical roles filled and employees retained
What You'll Do
- Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Proactively source passive candidates through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and community partnerships
- Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill manufacturing positions
- Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals
- Attend job fairs, hiring events, and workforce development activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Manufacturing recruiting experience required
- Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Experience recruiting skilled trades preferred
- ATS experience preferred
