You'll provide friendly, attentive table service while taking orders, recommending menu items, maintaining your section, and creating a great dining experience. Previous serving experience is required, and high-volume restaurant experience is a plus.
Requirements:
As an Iron Skillet Server, you'll help guests have a great dining experience while maximizing your earning potential during busy meal periods.

Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and guide them through the dining experience.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly.

Check on guests throughout their meal and respond to requests professionally.

Recommend appetizers, beverages, desserts, and other menu items to enhance the guest experience.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service section.

Complete side work efficiently and support the front-of-house team during busy periods.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

Available Shift:
We're looking for experienced, energetic servers who can stay organized, friendly, and focused during busy meal periods.

Server Experience: At least 1 year of experience serving in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and committed to excellent hospitality.

Sales Skills: Comfortable recommending menu items and increasing guest check averages.

Team Player: Able to work smoothly with front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Reliable: Punctual, dependable, and able to work assigned shifts.

Physical Ability: Comfortable standing, walking, carrying trays, and staying active throughout the shift.

Reliable Transportation: You must have dependable transportation to and from work.

Food Handler Certification: Must have a valid food handler certificate or be willing to obtain one.
