We're looking for an energetic, dependable Service Technician who takes pride in maintaining beautiful apartment communities and delivering excellent service to residents.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Service Associate, you will:
- Perform general maintenance of apartment homes and community buildings.
- Maintain the appearance and functionality of the property's interior and exterior.
- Complete resident service requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare apartment homes for new resident move-ins.
- Assist the community team with general maintenance needs.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility based on community needs.
