- Cadets must work well alone. This is a busy position; strong attention to detail skills are required.

If you enjoy working in a professional environment, working alone & have critical thinking skills, listen to orders, & follow directions, & are a P.O.S.T. new graduate or a military veteran, this may be a good opportunity for you!
You will be responsible for detecting suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, theft, and other criminal activity. A security officer must be well-trained in surveillance and dealing with perpetrators. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority and possess a high level of observation.

Minimum Requirements For this Position.
- MUST have A Valid California Guard Card.
- MUST have Reliable Transportation. (Owns a personal vehicle)
(3Yrs - Clean Driving Record - insucrace required 21+ yrs old).
- MUST be able to write reports in English.
- MUST be able to walk/stand for long periods throughout each location.
- MUST be able to wear a VEST throughout the shift.
- MUST have A Valid CA Driver's License (5+ Yrs).
- MUST have a working Cell phone with data.
- MUST have a bank account for direct deposit. (WEEKLY PAY)

* ️ Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational skills and planning ability (Spanish is a plus)
* ️ Excellent customer service skills; maintain professional demeanor in a challenging, dynamic environment
* ️ Be detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision.
* ️ Be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs/stoop/kneel to perform security duties.
* ️ Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Criminal Background & Reference Checks.
