Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 (Based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to provide visionary leadership, ensure clinical excellence, and foster a culture of compassion and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversight of daily Nursing Department operations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead Quality Assurance initiatives to maintain the highest standards of resident care.
- Prepare for and participate in facility surveys and regulatory inspections.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess performance, resident well-being, and compliance.
- Mentor, coach, and empower nursing staff to achieve professional and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida RN license (required).
- Minimum 3 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in Long-Term Care.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop clinical teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident-centered care
