Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented R&D Technical Associate to join our innovative research and development team. In this role, you will lead the testing and analysis of materials used in manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving product excellence. Your expertise will support the development of new materials and improve existing products through rigorous testing, data collection, and technical analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive testing protocols for various materials
- Analyze test data meticulously to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for product improvement or research advancement.
- Collaborate with product development teams to support research & development initiatives by providing technical insights on material selection and fabrication techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of all testing procedures, results, and quality control documentation while adhering to industry standards for laboratory safety and accuracy.

Requirements include
- Associate’s Degree, Bachelor preferred
- Experience with the aforementioned responsibilities within materials lab
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present technical data
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
