Title: RN Case Manager
Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 12 weeks with possible extension
Shift: 5x8 day shifts, 8 AM to 4:30 PM, 40 hours per week
Requirement:
- 2 years of recent Case Management (Utilization review and discharge planning) experience in a hospital setting
- Active MI RN License
- Active BLS certification
Pay: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour
