Cutting Lead
Pomona, CA Full Time On-Site
About Stay Other
Stay Other designs and manufactures premium custom apparel for the performing arts — drum corps, color guard, marching bands, and beyond. Every garment we cut becomes part of a performance someone has worked toward for months. We hold a high bar for accuracy and craftsmanship, and the cutting room is where that bar gets set.
The Role
The Cutting Lead runs our cutting department and makes sure every garment is prepared accurately before it enters sewing. Who Thrives Here
People who succeed at Stay Other are detail-oriented, accountable, and proud of exceptional work. In this role, you're precise by nature, you respect the craft, and you take ownership of what leaves your room.
This role may not be a good fit if you cut fast at the expense of accuracy, dislike paperwork verification, or would rather not be responsible for others' work.
