- Language Requirement: Bilingual in Korean and English (Strongly Preferred)
Top Must-Have Skills:

Job Summary
The Logistics Specialist will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials across departments according to production schedules. This role combines strategic supply chain risk management with hands-on production and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced ERP/SAP systems and Excel to monitor operational indexes, analyze manufacturing and labor costs, manage claims, and ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule & Workflow Coordination: Review, revise, and distribute production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to meet changing demands (e.g., due to labor/material shortages). Coordinate the efficient flow of materials between departments.
- Data, Cost & Financial Analysis: Monitor key operational and financial indexes on a regular basis. Analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials. Perform root-cause analysis for discrepancies between actual performance and forecasts.
- Inventory & Production Monitoring: Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands. Examine documents and products for accuracy and conformance to standards. Record production data, including volume produced, raw material consumption, and quality control measures.
- Claims Management: Investigate claim requests to determine validity, communicate directly with vendors to recover claims, and gather/analyze all related documentation.
- Cross-Functional Support & Mentoring: Work effectively within cross-functional groups and accurately document client/customer information. Provide basic mentoring and constructive performance feedback to support the team. Create ad-hoc reports and recommendations as requested by the team leader/department head.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field with 1–3 years of experience in planning/risk management/finance; OR a High School diploma/GED with 5–7 years of related experience.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP, WMS, or other enterprise/financial planning systems. Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles as needed.
- Knowledge & Competencies: Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production. Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
