Responsibilities:
- Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties
- Safely use power tools and equipment as needed
- Work from ladders when required
- Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations
- Introduce yourself professionally and confidently to customers
- Maintain accurate service records
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
Requirements:
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using power tools
- Able to work safely on ladders
- Clean criminal background
- Clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Ability to accommodate flexible work hours
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Take home a company vehicle after 60-90 days of training
Compensation:
- $16-$18 per hour for training, $18-$20 plus commission and bonus opportunities.
