Duties
- Skillfully shuck oysters while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Prepare oysters for various menu items, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the oyster station and surrounding kitchen areas.
- Assist in the overall food preparation process as needed, including catering events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with knife skills, particularly in shucking oysters.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
