What You'll Do:
As a Therapist at Guidelight Health, you’ll play a vital role in providing care for Adults and Adolescents in our PHP/IOP programs. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, and individual sessions
- Providing case management and crisis support
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
- Helping clients on their journey to mental wellness using DBT, CBT, ACT, MI, and more
What You Bring:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active Independent License in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC)
- 2+ years of experience in higher levels of care (PHP/IOP, inpatient, ER, residential)
- Confidence in facilitating group therapy
- A collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Cultural humility and commitment to diversity and inclusion
