Job Overview:
MEND, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 104 unit multifamily LIHTC property in Burlington County, NJ. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Complete all marketing, leasing, recertification and administrative functions
· Oversight of accounts payable/receivable
· Administer site specific programs and ensure compliance with each applicable agency (NJHMFA, DCA, HUD, etc.)
· Tenant/landlord relations and conflict resolution
· Collect security deposits and rents, and institute proper procedures against delinquent accounts
· Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including coordinating after hours on-call response
· Prepare weekly and monthly reporting
· Develop and maintain property financial budget
· Special projects as assigned or needed

Job Requirements:
- Property Management or customer service: 3 years
- Knowledge of LIHTC, and/or other affordable housing programs
- Understanding of Operating Statements and Financial Budgets
- Experience with YARDI property management software
- ARM®, CPO®, CAM or other compliance designation (preferred)

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Must have a reliable vechicle that is registered and insured
- Must be able to commute to assist team or for training as needed
- Property Management or customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Property Managment or LIHTC Certification (Required)

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
