Job Summary/Overview:
Machine parts per engineering & tool design drawings, sketches, and verbal request.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to read part prints and perform basic trigonometry functions of triangles and normal machine shop calculations.
- Create fixtures to hold parts while machining.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 3-5 years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Detailed training in CNC machine operation is preferred.?
Former experience with Trax type machines preferred.
Ability to lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs. safely.
