Marketing Liasion - Nursing Home

Salary: $80K to $100K (based on experience)
A beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facility located near Oakland, NJ is looking for a strong Marketing Liaison.
Responsibilities of the Marketing Liaison:
- Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
- Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals
- Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
- Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families
- Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
- Conduct research as needed.
Requirements of the Marketing Liaison:
- Must have experience as a Marketing Liaison in a nursing home setting
- Must have connections with North Jersey hospitals
- Must have Long Term Care experience
- Must have clinical knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
