Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced VP / AVP / Senior Sales Director to drive strategic sales of Engineering Research & Development (ER&D) and Engineering Services within the Aerospace & Defense sector. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) leadership role focused on acquiring and growing business with leading Aircraft OEMs through executive relationship management and solution-based selling.
Key Requirements:
- 15+ years of Sales/Business Development experience, including 10+ years in Aerospace ER&D Services sales.
- Proven success selling Engineering Services to Aircraft OEMs, Tier-1 Aerospace Suppliers, and Aerospace & Defense organizations.
- Strong track record of winning and managing $20M+ Engineering Services engagements.
- Experience selling solutions across Aircraft Engineering, Product Design, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Digital Engineering, PLM, MES/MOM, and related ER&D services.
- Established relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers in the Aerospace industry.
- Currently working at Director / Senior Director / AVP / VP level or above.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Must be based in Seattle or the Pacific Northwest and willing to travel.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
