Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing) to lead complex enterprise software implementations and upgrades. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP enterprise software projects, including implementation, upgrades, and integrations with existing IT infrastructure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and VersionOne to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, define project scope, and establish clear objectives aligned with business needs.
- Manage project schedules using methodologies like Agile (including SAFe and Kanban), Waterfall, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), adapting approaches as necessary for each initiative.
- Oversee testing phases such as user acceptance testing (UAT), test case development, and defect tracking to guarantee quality deliverables.
- Supervise technical teams responsible for software development, management (Hana , BTP), and IT infrastructure components related to SAP solutions.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
- Facilitate communication among technical teams, vendors, stakeholders, and executive leadership through regular status updates and reports.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance standards including disaster recovery plans, IT security policies, and enterprise solutions implementation protocols.
- Drive release management processes and coordinate deployment activities across multiple environments while maintaining documentation for audit purposes.
Skills
- Extensive experience managing complex SAP enterprise software projects from initiation through deployment.
- Strong technical proficiency in AWS cloud computing services, cloud migration strategies, and IT infrastructure integration.
- Proven leadership in technical project & program management supervisory roles with the ability to guide cross-functional teams effectively.
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), Agile frameworks (SAFe), Waterfall, Kanban; adept at tailoring approaches per project needs.
- Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Jira, TFS, VersionOne; excellent organizational skills for scheduling and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with enterprise software implementation best practices—covering user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, disaster recovery planning—and IT governance standards.
- Strong analysis skills combined with excellent communication abilities to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality deliverables; exceptional time management skills are essential.

Pay: $150,356.55 - $170,536.92 per year
