We’re Hiring a Contracts Coordinator!
Are you someone who loves keeping things organized, driving processes forward, and making an impact behind the scenes? We’re looking for a motivated Contracts Coordinator to join our team and help power our contract operations from start to finish!
In this role, you’ll:
✅ Manage contract intake through the Portal and ensure every request is high-quality before it moves forward
Be the go-to point of contact for vendors and stakeholders, coordinating documentation and signatures with ease
✍️ Support seamless contract execution through DocuSign — from routing to final completion
Raise purchase orders in Ariba and lead new vendor setups in coordination with our Supplier Management and TPRM teams
Help track team performance by contributing to dashboards and reporting
