Applicants must be available to work until 7:00 PM on scheduled weekdays.

Job Description
A growing chiropractic and physical therapy clinic in Hackensack is seeking a full time, bilingual (English/Spanish) Chiropractic Assistant / Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinicians.
Our facility treats patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, personal injuries, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. We operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, so we are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Clinical documentation
- Treatment coordination and scheduling
- Set up and break down modalities (electrical stimulation, hot/cold therapy, etc)
- Maintain organized and clean treatment areas and rehabilitation equipment
- General office duties including calling, scanning, emailing, and organizing files
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office preferred
- Comfortable with medical terminology and documentation
- Strong computer skills (EMR experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy clinical environment
- Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
