Innovex International is a leading provider of oilfield products and services, committed to safety, operational excellence, and innovation. We are looking for several dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our Beltway team and help ensure accurate inventory management, safe operations, and timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other warehouse machinery
- Package products for shipping: shrink-wrap, box, label
- Verify, store, and organize materials from Manufacturing and Receiving inspections
- Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts
- Read engineering drawings to ensure correct parts are used
- Pull, assemble, and deliver customer orders accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
- Follow instructions and provide timely, honest feedback
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules and occasional overtime
Qualifications / Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1–5 years in a warehouse required; oilfield float equipment and downhole tool experience preferred
- Forklift operation required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe
- Ability to read pull/pick lists and warehouse layouts
- Basic math skills
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, stoop, and bend
- Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Training in site-specific HSE policies required
Location: Houston, Texas-Beltway
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Rotating On-Call, Overtime as Needed
Pay Range: $20–$23 per hour
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
