As we continue to grow, we're looking for several reliable, caring individuals to join our team as professional caregivers. Whether you're a parent, student, or simply someone who values work-life balance, this role offers the consistency and flexibility you need.
What You'll Do As a professional caregiver, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes — helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently. Daily duties include:
- Personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting (ADLs)
- Mobility assistance, walking support, and safe patient transfers
- Meal preparation and feeding support
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping including laundry, linen changes, and tidying
- Companionship and emotional support
- Communicating any changes in client condition to the supervising care team

Requirements
- Active PCA certificate or CNA license in the state of Virginia
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card
- Negative TB test result or approved waiver
- Must pass a background check
- Current CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain within 2 weeks of hire
