Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 an hour depending on experience
Job Summary:
This position exists to deburr micro components to workmanship standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follows work order instructions (routers) in order to meet company and customer requirements.

The person operates Sonic cleaner machine.

Microscopically inspects work performed to ensure the product produced meets specifications.
-
Record quantities of finished products using standard company methods.
-
Maintains established performance levels on a consistent basis.
-
Completes electronic and paper-based records with speed and accuracy.

Perform other related duties as assigned
Education:
-
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year of deburring experience with micro components and/or equivalent preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
-
Experience working with microscopes, toolmaker’s scopes, and other precision measurement methods and equipment
-
Effective communication and teamwork skills
-
Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented
Physical Requirements:
-
Frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 25lbs
-
Required to reach with hands and arms to handle documents and products
-
Must be able to enter data into a computer by use of a keyboard and mouse

Employee is regularly required to stand

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk

Occasionally will need to bend, stoop and squat
