Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our multi-specialty healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, conduct thorough patient assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans to promote optimal health outcomes.
Duties
- Perform detailed physical examinations, vital sign assessments, and comprehensive patient evaluations for individuals of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics.
- Prescribe medications, administer injections, and manage treatments in accordance with state regulations and collaborative practice agreements.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) system Athenahealth to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with other providers to coordinate patient care plans.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, medication management, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications to empower self-care.
- Engage in telehealth consultations to expand access to care while maintaining high standards of clinical quality.
